Hey ya’ll! I hope you are enjoying 2019 so far! Okay so if you live in St. Louis you know the weather is bipolar. Right? Spring Break is fast approaching so I thought I would make a list of all the weather friendly things and activities there is to do in St. Louis, Mo.
For my kids their spring break is always the second to last week in March, but I know every school district is different with some breaks in April.
I hope this list is helpful and enjoy the rest of your day! =D
One of the places I love to go to that is FREE, you hear me, FREE, is the St. Louis Science Center. There is so much to do and see here. The kids always have a blast. Now the parking is I believe $10.00 but sometimes if I’m lucky I can find a spot on the street which requires a little walking. There is a lot you can do for free but for an even better experience you can buy tickets for the Omnimax which shows movies. They also have rides, and they even have a hands on room where you can play around in too. It’s really fun!
The next place is the Magic House. The Magic House is located in Kirkwood. There is an admission fee. The kids always have a blast here. There are three levels of fun. Their is also a place where the kids can climb, and slide. It’s like and inside playground. I would definitely suggest going early as it can get packed.
The St. Louis Zoo is another perfect place to visit during spring break. It’s also free, however there are fees for some of the attractions. The Zoo is filled with many animals. My favorite is the train ride. There is also a fee for parking but we usually find a spot on the street. The have a carousel, a children’s zoo, a sea lion show, and so much more! It’s really fun. It’s also a plus if you go when the weather is just right.
Forest Park has so much land and space to do. They have a playground and restaurants. It also has the perfect places for picnics.
That’s it for today. Stay tuned for my Summer TO list later. What are some of the things you do on your spring break?
